Additional Photos from Jeffrey Epstein's Holdings Disclosed by Democratic US Legislators
Development plans for the financier's personal Caribbean island featured within the released materials.
Additionally included in this recent document drop is shown to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.
Epstein acquired a smaller island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but later purchased the more expansive Great St James in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
This visual evidence indicate he had drawn up plans to transform the 161-acre island by erecting homes, an performance venue, an underwater office and a pool.
Visible on the blueprint is a local waterway, a strait in the territory, marked on the lower right-hand corner.
This development map is annotated in notations in red and features a key identifying distinct sections of the land.
Accompanying this are what seem to be nine other construction diagrams and construction drawings, featuring plans for boat shelters.
Additional documentation released as part of the current congressional disclosure.
